Ry and I found a place in Orem we thought would be absolutely perfect to live for at least the next semester. It took us forever to get approved. After getting approved, we asked a lot of questions. We found out that if we wanted a month-to-month contract it cost an extra $100/month and if we ended a year contract early we had to pay $600 (both of which we think are overpriced) so we won't be living there.
Good news is that at the same time our old landlord contacted us and said she had something for us. She helped us get approved really fast and gave us a contract for the end of August to the end of December, pretty much perfect. This means no extra fees for selling a contract or having to sign up early or anything. To make things even better, it's cheaper than we paid last year. We're quite pleased. :)
