As you may know, I've been starting to teach Vidalia to play the violin. Since she's so little, our lessons last about 30 seconds and practicing has never lasted more than 5 minutes at a time. She is learning on her foam violin. I'm amazed at how fast she is making progress. We've really only been working on what a violin is and how to hold it (kind of). It's fun for both of us though. Since she's been doing so good, I occasionally let her hold her real violin. I've been impressed with how nice she is to it. I hope she keeps loving it for her whole life!
