Catch Fireflies. I know it's simple, but you can't catch fireflies everywhere. And it's great for kids. They don't bite and their reflexes are slow. Ryan caught 3 while walking around with Vidalia in one arm! Not so cool to stick them in a jar though, they don't light up then.
These are what they look like when they're not flying around lighting up.

The fireflies are the specks of light in the video. Much better in person.
