January

On January 1st, our little family was at the Parks' house.  Ry and Grammy had intended to leave early that morning so that they could get to Nebraska before Sunday.  When they went to leave, the jeep wouldn't start.  It really upset me, but then again, so did everything for the first two weeks after Vidalia was born.  My mother was there with us (because she was taking Vidalia and me to her house that day) and lucky for us, she has AAA.  She called them, they came and checked it out and the battery was dead, like beyond the grave dead.  We were lucky it lasted as long as it did.  AAA replaced the battery and Ry and Grammy were safely on their way to Nebraska.  The got there the next day and had ZERO problems getting there.  I'm SO glad!  Vidalia and I went to my parents' house and were there practically all of January.  Here are some pictures from January (pretty much just Vidalia).
