We love cousins.

A few pictures from the day Boston was born.

Malia's Play

Our niece Malia was a princess in a play at her school.  We went to see it.  She did a great job and the play was a lot of fun.  We're so glad we went and Malia looked beautiful!

3D Ultrasound Pictures

I think they're weird and a little creepy, but I still let them take some.

I love to see the temple!

We are super lucky to have moved to Provo.  In Lincoln we weren't incredibly far from a temple, but it took us the better part of an hour and a half each way to make it.  Now we can leave our house drive slowly around two different temples and be parked back at our house in fifteen minutes or less.  The Provo City Center Temple is even in our stake boundaries!  We could walk to either temple in less time than it took us to drive from Lincoln.  It makes me so happy.  One thing I absolutely love about being so close to temples and passing temples on the freeway whenever we go places is Vidalia's super peaked interest in finding them.  We talk about temples all the time.  She always tells me that she wants to see one or drive past one or she'll pick up my scriptures and try to find the pictures of temples in the back of them.  It seems so much easier to share my love of a temple with her when I can actually take her to one.

Vidalia likes her tricycle.

Twins!

In April I ended up having a pilonidal cyst.  It was really painful, so on a Sunday after spending maybe a total of 15 minutes at church, I went home and requested that Ryan take me to the doctor when he came home.  We went to the doctor and the doctor gave me a few options.  I pretty much begged him to cut me open and take it out, which he did and I'm so glad.  They didn't sew it up and I had to go to the doctor every other day for them to redress it until they told me it no longer needed dressing.  I was instructed to take medication before going back to the doctor so that it wouldn't be too painful when they redressed it.  I was a little nervous about how I might react to the medication (and it was a pain medication I wasn't supposed to drive while taking anyway) so I called Bont to see if she could take me to the doctor and then take me and Vidalia to her house after, in case I couldn't take care of her.  When Bont showed up Eliza was wearing a blue version of a dress Vidalia had and I felt convinced they needed to be twins.  Bonnie thought that was only fun and proceeded to do their hair the same.  They looked so cute!  And the following two pictures were the actual point of this whole post.  I decided to write the rest for my own personal history.  You're welcome everyone.  And thanks again Bonnie.  You're so nice!
